Oil: Use it on your hair at least twice a week and you can also apply it daily.

apply one night before head bath on scalp and split ends massage for 3 mins compulsory

Shampoo: You do not have to apply it directly on the hair, first you have to fill less than half of the water in a mug, put some shampoo in it, mix both of them well, then slowly apply that shampoo Liquid Foam water on your hair, massage For 1 min then wash the hair with plain waiter”
